Class Cancellation Policy

Early Cancel 

You are able to cancel your class bookings up to 24 hours before with no charge. If you paid using one of our you class passes it will be credited to your account. 

Late Cancel 

We understand that late cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. Due to our classes having limited spaces we do not offer any refunds if you cancel within 24 hours of the start time. You will be charged the full amount of the class and your space will be given away. 

Membership Cancellation Policy

We do not offer refunds on membership.  It is a one off annual fee for the year. No repeat payment will be taken without consent. Sustudio reserves the right to refuse or close its membership.

Boutique Refunds

We offer a 7 day return policy on goods bought with the Sustudio boutique providing the item is unused and is returned in the condition it was bought.  Any claims made on products within the boutique are attributed to the product owner themselves and Sustudio takes no liability for any such claims.  Any items damaged by a customer in Sustudio will be paid for by the customer.
