Discover Reformer Pilates
Using the top of the range Balanced Body Allegra 2 machines this class will improve strength, flexibility, coordination and overall fitness. Working against the resistance of the springs means every exercise is done in a low impact way which makes Reformer perfect for all ages and abilities. So whether you're a complete beginner and want to give it a try or a pro and need a daily practice we've got the right teacher for you.
We ask that everyone joining a Reformer Class is a Sustudio Member (there are no drop in trial classes other than our 15 minutes intro sessions conducted by teachers). The reason for this is that the Reformer machines are an intricate piece of kit and we want to ensure you fully understand how to use them before joining a class. This is to ensure you and everyone else in class gets the most out of their session. As part of our membership package we offer a free introduction to the machines with our in house physiotherapist. She can also advise you on, depending on your level, which reformer pilates class is most suited to you. Looking forward to seeing you on the reformer machines soon!
