Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

Do I need to be a member to access a class?

Yes, we ask that everyone accessing both our studio classes and reformer pilates classes is a member. This way, thanks to our physiotherapy-led membership, we can better understand every member's physicality and recommend the classes and, if needed, treatments to help you on your path to optimal health.

We do offer a 'three class intro pass' or 'drop in intro' pass for those who would like to try a class and see the space before joining.

Can I purchase a one-off class?

We offer a 'drop in intro' pass for those who want to try a class or see the studio space before joining.

For our members, there are a number of class pass options to choose from.

All of these can be found on our Prices page.

How much do memberships cost?

We've got a few different membership options to choose from, including single, couple and corporate options.

Children 16 and under can be added to your membership for free.

How do I join?

Head to our Membership page and select the membership option that best suits your needs. It's quick and easy to join online and once your membership is confirmed, you'll have access to our brilliant range of classes.
