Esther is an experienced Wedding Cake Artist known for her natural designs featuring edible flowers. She loves sharing her passion and patisserie skills with others.In this special Spring workshop, you'll elevate your baking by learning how to create the perfect buttercream, pipe an immaculate rose design and place decorative items like fresh fruits, chocolate and edible flowers professionally.Esther will also share her wealth of knowledge about edible flowers, baking, chocolate work and caramels. You'll take home a box of beautifully decorated cupcakes to enjoy with family and friends over the weekend.All materials, aprons and recipes will be provided. -
Crystal Bowl Healing with Frances, Thursday 26th March from 6:30pm
BOOK NOWAll you need to do is lie down and be open to receive the healing crystalline frequencies you will be guided into a grounding meditation and then the crystalline frequencies will be weaved into the space along with other percussive instruments.
When it is time to return, you will be guided back and there will be time to integrate your experience before drifting off back into your day to day lives it’s important to stay well hydrated after a session to enable the energetic shifts that may have occurred to be released.

Primal Power - a movement workshop, 25th April 1pm - 2:30pm
BOOK NOWWe were made to move! Often, and in many different ways. Modern life keeps us sedentary or locked into narrow, repetitive patterns, which can lead to stiffness and discomfort that we often assume are simply part of getting older. This workshop offers a way to restore natural movement and with it, a more open, curious way of relating to the body.
In this workshop, we’ll return to instinctive ways of moving. Working close to the ground, we will explore how to get down to the floor and back up again with more ease, control and confidence. Drawing on primal, animal-inspired movement patterns - including crawling, coiling, twisting & grounded transitions - the practice develops strong, adaptable movement that carries into everyday life and other training.
This is a bodyweight, minimalist movement practice that builds efficient strength and soft power. There will be moments of calm, alongside moments of challenge and play to support real-world mobility, resilience and self-trust.
The aim is not just what happens in the session, but what you take away - simple, fun, feel-good movements you can build into daily life, supporting your yoga, training and whatever else life demands of you. -
Breathe Love | Breathwork Healing with Ellie Loves, 16th April 7pm - 8:30pm
Book NowA unique and uplifting breathwork experience to help you feel uplifted, lighter, more energised and more self expressed.
Lay down and relax, cosy with blankets and an eye mask as you take a guided journey, using the power of your breath, sound, laughter to experience the healing power of 'letting go'. Often described as therapy without without the words. Each session has a unique playlist which you can access afterwards. No experience necessary.
Bring a yoga mat, eye mask, warm blankets and a cushion. Wear comfy clothing - yoga pants or trackie b's. Come on your own, with your friends, your partner or your older teen (16yrs +) to feel connected and empowered.
Ellie is an experienced breathwork facilitator, space holder and intuitive, guiding you to heal the most important relationship you have.. with yourself. Relax on your mat with a blanket and eye mask and let Ellie guide on an incredible journey, harnessing the power of your breath. Laugh, holler.. release then shift into the deepest of deep relaxation - all set to an incredible playlist (which you'll receive afterwards) -
