Our cafe is open Monday 7am-4pm, Tuesday 7am-6pm, Wednesday 8am-4pm, Thursday 8am-5pm, and Friday/Saturday 7am-4pm. With classes running from 6:30am-7pm (depending on the day).

We're lucky enough to have free parking on the streets surrounding Sustudio, Canford Cliffs. There are also two pay and display car parks at Ravine Road and Branksome Beach. We also encourage you to cycle to class, and are working on having our own bike racks. Watch this space.
