physiotherapy treatments from our experienced Chartered Physiotherapists.
All of our members will have their client care form reviewed by our in-house Chartered Physiotherapist, Alice, at the start of their membership with us. In addition to this, we also offer a range of bespoke physiotherapy appointments available for both members and non-members.
Our physiotherapy room is situated next to our reformer pilates room, which offers access to our reformer equipment within treatment sessions when required.

Mareen Frost
Mareen is a German trained physiotherapist with
over 20 years of professional experience, registered with HCPC and member of CSP. She has
continuously added to her skillset as a physio and specialises in:
- Musculoskeletal physiotherapy (pre- and
post-surgical patients)
- Women's health (pre- and postnatal, after gynaecological operations, Incontinence, pelvic floor) and Mens Health (especially pelvic floor issues, incontinence and erectile dysfunction after prostatectomy
-in Neurological physiotherapy (Parkinson, MS, Stroke…)
-in Rehabilitation and also in Sports physiotherapy

Suitable for pregnancy related issues such as pelvic girdle pain and post-natal issues including diastasis recti, c-section scar treatment, pelvic floor weakness, incontinence and pelvic pain. Also suitable for breast cancer rehabilitation and scar treatment.
